JOB DESCRIPTION: Position Title: PROJECT TECHNICAL ASSISTANT I Division/Section/Unit: Office of the Regional Director / iFWD PH Program Salary Grade: SG-10 Monthly Salary: P30,703 No. of Vacancy: 1 (one) Plantilla Item: N/A JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, Social Studies, Social Work, or Social Development. At least 1 year of related experience is an advantage. At least 4 hours of related training is an advantage. JOB COMPETENCIES: Experience in project or program management basically in social work or community development-related work is an advantage. Experience in performing social work or community development-related work is an advantage. Good command of the English language, particularly in technical writing. Able to work individually with minimal supervision. Able to work with a team in the undertaking of activities relevant to the project. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide technical and administrative support for the implementation of the iFWD PH Program. Coordinate with Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), and partner institutions in the implementation of the iFWD PH Program. Facilitate the application, screening, and shortlisting of OFWs shortlisted in the Program. Assist in the conduct of knowledge diffusion sessions or training sessions of the iFWD PH Program. Assist OFWs in accessing the modules and other knowledge materials under the Program. Prepare formal correspondence, presentation materials, and other peripherals related to the iFWD PH program. Draft accomplishment reports and other reports deemed necessary for submission to the oversight agencies. Document best practices and propose and implement possible improvements on the iFWD PH Program implementation accordingly. Perform other duties and responsibilities deemed necessary. #J-18808-Ljbffr
