Healthcare Associate role at MicroSourcing.

Work setup & shift: Onsite | Day shift

Responsibilities
  • Assist in processing healthcare-related data, records, and documentation.
  • Support patients, providers, or clients through accurate and timely information handling.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage data entry and verification to maintain accuracy in patient or client files.
  • Collaborate with teams to support administrative and clinical processes.
What You Need
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Nursing, Allied Health, or any healthcare-related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts if required
Preferred skills/expertise
  • Familiarity with medical terminologies and healthcare documentation
  • Experience with healthcare systems or electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Knowledge of HIPAA or data privacy compliance
  • Internship or related work experience in healthcare support
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
