Role overview

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Specialist – Project Delivery role to join our GBS team in our Manila office in Pasig City. This is a full-time role in a hybrid working setup. The Specialist – Project Delivery oversees the full lifecycle of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with Orica's project management frameworks and standards, delivering within set timelines and budgets while meeting project, IT, and business objectives.

What you will be doing

  • Develop and maintain project plans outlining activities, resources, objectives, scope, and technical requirements; collaborate with PMO Analysts, IT Coordinators, and Infrastructure Specialists to secure resources.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle—from scoping to final implementation—ensuring timely delivery within budget and in alignment with business goals and project standards.
  • Regular tracking, reporting, and documentation; promote consistent use of project management methodologies.
  • Engage stakeholders, manage design/build team expectations, and coordinate with the PMO Lead for scheduling and resourcing.
  • Escalate critical decisions to leadership; manage vendor relationships; work with Solution Architects to align technical insights with project planning.
  • Provide regular status updates and proactive risk management to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
