Job Description

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support brand growth, lead generation, and customer retention.

Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, email campaigns, blogs, and digital ads.

Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, trends, and competitors, and use insights to inform marketing strategies.

Coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, and case studies.

Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to increase web traffic and conversions.

Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and other analytics tools.

Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives and support lead generation efforts.

Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and product launches.

Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing initiatives and ensure the delivery of high-quality materials.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.

Manage and update the company's marketing database, ensuring accurate segmentation and targeting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and messaging.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights to optimize marketing strategies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and a keen understanding of customer behavior.

Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

Experience with event marketing and managing promotional campaigns.
