About the Role We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to build scalable, high-performance web applications that power the future of blockchain gaming . This is an opportunity to work with a small, elite engineering team in our Tokyo office , shaping best practices and setting new standards in Web3 gaming technologies . Responsibilities Develop high-fidelity, scalable web applications for internal and external gaming platforms. Collaborate with design and product teams to transform vision into seamless user experiences . Champion best practices for web development, including build automation and operational tooling. Enhance workflows with innovative technologies to optimize performance and efficiency. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other engineers on frontend development. Qualifications 6+ years of professional experience in software engineering . Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks like React / Redux, Vue, Angular . Familiarity with Tailwind, MaterialUI, ChakraUI for design systems. Experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests . Backend integration experience with Java, Golang, C#, C++, and relational databases. Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership of projects. Native-level English proficiency required; Japanese is a plus . Bonus Points Experience in Web3 and blockchain development . Passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming-related development tools .
