Position Overview The Process Manager is responsible for driving process improvement, governance, and standardization across the organization’s software delivery teams. This role ensures that delivery processes, change management practices, and product baselines are consistently applied and continuously improved. Key Responsibilities 1. Process Governance & Improvement Review and optimize end-to-end delivery processes across all project phases. Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance quality and efficiency. Standardize tools, templates, and workflows with PMO, QA, and DevOps teams. Maintain a process improvement backlog and track initiatives to completion. 2. Change Management (CMB) Oversee all project-level change requests and ensure proper assessment and approval. Maintain change traceability from testing to production. Coordinate with PMs and BAs for impact analysis before review. 3. Deployment Governance (CAB) Lead CAB meetings for production deployments and readiness checks. Review release notes, deployment schedules, and rollback plans for compliance. Ensure all production changes are tested, approved, and documented. 4. Product Roll-Up & Standardization Consolidate project fixes and enhancements into the base product. Coordinate with Technical and Release teams for roll-up planning. Conduct audits to ensure consistency across client environments. 5. Reporting & Compliance Provide regular reports on process improvements and change management metrics. Support internal/client audits and ensure governance compliance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology , Computer Science , Industrial Engineering , or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in software delivery, project management, process improvement, or governance. Strong understanding of SDLC , ITIL change management , and Agile/Scrum methodologies . Experience coordinating CAB/CMB or similar governance frameworks. Familiarity with JIRA , Confluence , and DevOps CI/CD pipelines preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, and facilitation skills. PMP certification is an advantage but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
