Selection Criteria:
Minimum 12 months’ experience in mortgage or financial services administration/support.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and PDF tools (essential).
Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage queries and deliver accurate, timely support.
Exposure to AI , process automation, or JavaScript for form development (desirable).
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain Excel models and product resources.
Prepare and update partner-facing documents, guides, and forms.
Act as the first point of contact for Mortgage Managers and partners, resolving queries on accreditation, systems, and processes.
Support onboarding, training, and ongoing guidance for Mortgage Managers.
Support the Third-Party Distribution team with document preparation, formatting, file management, and record keeping.
Coordinate communication and knowledge-sharing initiatives such as training, email updates and blasts.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and streamline processes through technology and automation.
