In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of construction projects by providing technical expertise, project coordination, and on-site management. What you'll be doing Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards Collaborate with project managers, architects, and tradespeople to resolve technical issues and implement effective solutions Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to keep projects on track Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the construction team Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including plans, schedules, and quality control reports What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline 1+ year of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction management role Experience across any type of construction projects including residential, commercial, or infrastructure developments Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management principles Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is sufficient for documentation and reporting requirements Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively If you're ready to take the next step in your career and join a dynamic and forward-thinking construction company, apply now . #J-18808-Ljbffr
