Job title:  AI Systems & Automation Developer (AI Agent Builder, Workflow Integrator ) Employment Type:  Full Time - Remote with Philippine Employment Benefits  Health Care, Social Security Contribution, Paid Leave, 13-Month, etc.  Job Description  How youll make an impact: As our AI Systems & Automation Developer, youll play a pivotal role in executing client projects by building, connecting, and optimizing AI-driven systems. Rather than writing full-stack code, youll work with no-code and low-code tools like ChatGPT, Make.com, and n8n to bring solutions to life. Your role is to think critically, move fast, and help us scale capacity so our CEO can focus on client relationships and business growth. Youll work directly with the founder to translate project ideas into reality owning the buildout, integration, and refinement of AI agents and automation workflows. From AI voice bots and lead qualification systems to backend data automations and client-specific tools, youll be the technical executor behind the scenes. Role Overview:  Were looking for a smart, curious, and highly capable systems builder who loves solving problems with AI tools and creative automation. You dont need to be a traditional software engineer but you do need to be deeply technical, self-directed, and fluent in stitching together modern AI tools into powerful, working systems. Core Responsibilities AI Agent & Workflow Development Build and deploy AI agents using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Make.com , OpenAIs API, ElevenLabs, n8n, and more. Integrate external APIs and custom functions to enhance agent performance. Develop AI VoiceBots using Bland.ai , SynthFlow, VAPI, and ElevenLabs. Systems Automation & Integration Set up and optimize workflows using Zapier, Make.com, and n8n. Automate repetitive business operationsclient communication, project tracking, data handling, etc. Connect tools like Airtable, Notion, Gmail, Google Sheets, and Slack into streamlined flow. Project Execution & Delivery Translate client briefs and verbal ideas into systems design, followed by working prototypes and final deliverables. Collaborate with the founder for architectural guidance, then own day-to-day implementation. Maintain clean documentation of builds for internal and client use. Required Qualifications:  5+ years in software development or technology related field 6+ months in AI process automation/development Strong written/verbal communication in English Experienced in AI agent building, workflow automation, or similar technical roles Experience using ChatGPT/OpenAI APIs, Make.com, and n8n for process automation. Strong familiarity with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, and Slack these are our core operations tools and experience using them is a must.
