Requirements 4‑6 years of professional graphic design experience Demonstrated expertise in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat in a macOS environment Strong proficiency in typography, including understanding of widows, rags, kerning, and foundational design principles Proven experience with print design, including working with offset and digital print vendors Expertise in creating charts, graphs, and infographics Experience with long‑form publication design and typesetting Strong attention to detail and understanding of "clean copy" and document tidiness Fluency with Wrike project management software Proficiency with Slack for team communication MS Word and PowerPoint competency Background in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), industrial, or corporate/healthcare design Experience designing for major brands or corporate clients Familiarity with online collaboration and project management software Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and digital media production for web Experience with Content Management Systems (WordPress) Understanding of social media design best practices Responsibilities Prepare design layouts for digital, printed, and graphic materials including presentations, posters, newsletters, brochures, booklets, exhibits, websites, and digital graphics Create and refine branded collateral for corporate clients, with particular expertise in long‑form publications and typeset‑heavy materials Develop print specifications and prepare pre‑press files for digital and offset printing projects; recommend appropriate printing methods (offset, digital, on‑demand services, variable data printing, letterpress, screen‑printing, finishes, etc.) Design digital graphics and banners for internal and external client use Support the creation of email newsletter designs and other digital marketing materials Collaborate with the design team through video calls and project management meetings during standard working hours Maintain brand consistency and guidelines across all deliverables Manage projects using Wrike project management software and coordinate with team via Slack Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in layout, typography, and design execution Benefits Competitive salary – paid in USD Receive your compensation in US dollars, providing stability and global value for your hard work. 100% fully remote setup Work from anywhere in the world—permanently.
