FINANCE SUPERVISOR About the Role Lead and strengthen Tuason Racing’s financial management processes by ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in all financial operations. You’ll play a key role in managing reporting, overseeing accounting workflows, and supporting strategic financial decisions for the company’s growth. Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting and finance operations, including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and compliance with accounting standards. Review and monitor budgets, forecasts, and expense management. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes in coordination with the Accounting team. Support management in financial analysis, planning, and decision-making. Coordinate with external auditors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth financial transactions. Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices across financial systems. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field. CPA license preferred but not required. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting or finance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficient in accounting software (Xero experience is a plus). Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and organizational skills. Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
