We are hiring an Experienced Accountant to manage financial operations, reporting, and compliance for our BPO business. You’ll play a key role in supporting strategic financial decisions.

Responsibilities- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Collaborate with leadership on financial planning and strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a BPO or service-based industry
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Knowledge of IFRS or GAAP standards
- All MCI Locations: Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Subject to the program and location of the position: Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results

Physical RequirementsThis job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects; move objects from place to place; hold onto objects; and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
