We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with at least 5 to 7 years of proven sales experience in the lighting industry. The ideal candidate must be capable of working independently, managing the entire sales cycle, and driving revenue growth. This role offers a competitive base salary with attractive additional compensation packages. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving new business development and growth for our innovative lighting solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals that meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing clients, architects, engineers, developers, and contractors.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, site visits, and lighting demonstrations.
  • Prepare and submit accurate quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of proven experience in new business development and sales within the lighting industry
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong industry network and knowledge of lighting products, technologies, and applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Proficient in using MS Office, CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the lighting industry
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required
