Pleasing personality; persuasive and outspoken. Pleasing personality and confident presence. Open to transgender and LGBTQ+ applicants, as long as willing to comply with standard grooming and attire policies. Clear complexion, no visible facial marks or physical conditions that may affect presenting the Luxelle image. Background in sales and promotion is an advantage, preferably in retail or any face-to-face selling experience. Experience in selling beauty products is a plus. Ability to understand, compute, and meet sales targets and quotas. Knowledge in doing inventory, securing store stocks, and ensuring complete/proper display. Can handle customer inquiries, concerns, and difficult situations professionally. Can share success stories and key achievements from previous roles or projects.
