Ogilvy Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines What You’ll Do Client Management: Communicate with account colleagues and Clients to gain a better understanding of Clients’ needs, and provide efficient creative solutions. Strategy: Work with planners to develop communication strategies as needed. Creative Leadership: Responsible for projects undertaken with senior copywriters; comprehend communication strategies through briefings and innovative ideas with copywriters and other creatives; produce design drafts for teams and Clients; control production costs; act as the main force of visual execution and quality control; demonstrate strong communication and teamwork; mentor designers to develop commercial art thinking and abilities; stay informed about emerging tech and share ideas; proficiency in mainstream design software; contribute to creative and effectiveness recognition at local and international awards and to new/existing business growth. Leadership & People Management: Set an example in protecting Ogilvy’s reputation; stay motivated and improve professional skills; maintain a positive attitude through outcomes; foster a respectful, collaborative environment; take responsibility and keep commitments when facing challenges; abide by the WPP Code of Business Conduct.
