Emerson’s 130+ years of history have been filled with achievements and challenges that have driven innovative thinking and bold transformations, molding us into the company we are today. By joining us as a Lead Analyst, Digital Human Capital Management , you will be one of the key members who will ensure that global operations are achieving the desired level of customer service through operational support to achieve the Digital HCM and Talent Solutions' service level goals. Your primary objective is to ensure that support for project implementation and resolution of production issues is provided to Emerson business units in a timely manner.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Work with Product Owner and Scrum Master in managing the configuration of the application based on the business unit requirements and Emerson/Digital HCM Standards focusing on Oracle HCM Talent Management module.
• Assist in the implementation of Oracle HCM Talent Management module in different world areas
• Assist in testing new configurations and functional analysis before the production migration.
• Implement Guided Learning for Oracle HCM modules.
• Partner with organization’s point of contact to identify and resolve production issues.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or other related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience in Shared Services industry, preferably with focus on HCM applications and HR processes.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Willingness to work on night shift schedule and during Philippine holidays.
  

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience with Oracle processes around Oracle HCM modules/applications is a plus.
• Experience working with agile teams and operating with SAFe agile implementation practices, a plus.
