As our Agency Engagement Director you will be responsible for managing the national segment team in CDMX and driving outsized profitable growth within our national brokers across the country. The goal is to unlock the full potential in each colleague – empowering our people to grow as insurance professionals and add more value to our customers and AIG. How you will create an impact Setting strategic direction, evaluating tactical distribution situations, and formulating plans across our brokers. Leveraging internal capabilities to provide solutions throughout broker partnerships and strengthening our value proposition. Lead relationship and execution of consumer and commercial strategies for national producers and aligned with local agreements to deliver increased retention and new business production. Development and execution of best practices with Product Lines and other stakeholders. What you’ll need to succeed Proven experience leading brokers / agents client facing teams and ability to meet industry market needs. Able to operate within a fast-paced industry and adapt to change in a demanding commercial environment. Project management skills are required to manage multiple requirements across challenging timelines. An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data, insight and ideas into actionable, results-oriented strategies with producers / sponsors. Recognizing opportunities for optimization throughout the process and implementing changes when and where required. Ability to assess needs of brokers and clients base and turn those needs into winning client acquisition and retention strategies. Ready to take your career to the next level?
