Imagine being the person who makes sure every real estate deal stays on track, from listing to close. You’re the steady hand that keeps transactions organized and timelines clear, helping real estate teams deliver excellent service from a remote home office.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and distribute contracts, disclosures, and real estate documents
  • Coordinate listing activities including gathering property information and scheduling photos
  • Set appointments for property showings and open houses
  • Manage CRM systems and keep client records accurate and up-to-date
  • Assist with admin tasks such as calendar management and meeting coordination
  • Conduct basic market research and property data gathering
  • Process invoices and track expenses as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to agents and brokers
Qualifications / What Will Help You Succeed
  • Experience in real estate support or a fast-paced admin role
  • Detail-oriented and able to bring structure to complex processes
  • Confident with CRMs, spreadsheets, and cloud-based tools
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication
  • Tech-savvy, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks
  • Self-managed and comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Flexible, solutions-focused, and ready to jump in where needed
  • Social media management experience is a plus
  • Willing to work in a US time zone schedule
  • Technical setup requirements: 720p HD webcam; minimum 25 Mbps internet; backup laptop and backup internet/power; main computer with at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM; backup computer with at least Intel Core i3 and 4 GB RAM
