As a Web Developer, your goal is to deliver refreshing Digital1st experiences to users everywhere.

As part of SVEN — The Digital 1st Agency, expect to take on refreshing perspectives on work and craft. From new tech to innovative thinking, our Youth DNA brings fun and purpose to make every encounter with brands and people refreshing — even if digital often isn’t.

As a Web Developer, you will:

  • Build custom platforms for large well-known brands alongside UX Designers, Product Owners & Product Managers.
  • Implement functionally sound responsive web applications based on proposed designs and scope.
  • Help maintain long-running applications and continually update them to the latest design, security, and technological standards.
  • Contribute to technically complex projects involving AI, maps, and more.
Requirements

If you love what you’ve read so far and fit the bill, you might be the person we’re searching for

  • At least 5 years of experience in web development.
  • Upholds maintainable, performant, and secure coding practices.
  • Deep understanding of debugging methodologies.
  • Highly experienced in PHP, HTML.
  • Optionally familiar with Python, Rust.
  • Highly experienced with Laravel, Vue2 / Vue3, TailwindCSS.
  • Optionally familiar with ReactJS, WordPress, Drupal, Shopify.
  • Knowledgeable in Front-end Web Development, Automated Unit Testing, Web Security, working with REST APIs, navigating the CLI, designing database structures for SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Optionally experienced with Agile CI/CD, WEBRTC / WSS.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-starter with a solid work ethic.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Open to onsite work if needed, but otherwise flexible to work from anywhere.
