Duties and Responsibilities

  • Make a production plan based on the Sales & Marketing forecast
  • Develop material procurement plans based on plans and stock conditions, ensuring minimum and maximum limits
  • Monitor all inventory for production, stock in warehouse, or imports to keep the market-entry process balanced
  • Evaluate production, sales, and inventory conditions
  • Process and analyze data about plan realization and inventory
  • Calculate standard labor and yields based on production data
  • Communicate with all parties to obtain accurate, up-to-date data
  • Enter orders and develop production schedules to meet delivery deadlines
  • Balance production line work and inform Sales of production issues
  • Coordinate with Inventory Control (PPIC) and Material Planner based on forecasts
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Competency Requirements

  • Industrial Engineering, or management-related degree
  • At least 1 year experience in Production Planning, Material Planning, Inventory Control; fresh graduates welcome
  • Analytical, critical thinker, organized
  • ERP systems and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Customer service skills and flexibility
