Position Overview
As a contributor in the Business Development Team, the Data and Marketing intern will work on varying tasks ranging from supporting management / leaders in their operational activities (i.e. managing knowledge base, file administration, etc.), conducting lead generation, sales, marketing, market research, data and financial analysis and more. The chosen candidate must be comfortable in doing regular administrative work up to contributing in complex business development projects or activities

Depending on the situation, the role might be considered like taking a mini-MBA.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales and Marketing

- Generate leads or contacts for each specific industry or client Payreto is servicing.
- Send an intro email and set appointments with leads and partners.
- Prepare NDA, broker agreements, contracts.
- Overall sales support of the Business Development (BD) team (includes a variety of tasks updating company databases, leads pipeline, writing sales processes / creating documentations, notion pages etc.).
- Perform market research that will assist the Business Development team in creating market strategy.
- Assist the BD team in producing infographics and other marketing materials.
- Use data and transform them into marketing collaterals to push Payreto’s brand in the market.
- Perform other tasks as instructed by the hiring manager.

Business Intelligence and Automation

- Use data in generating key insights for the team (including for pricing creation, capacity planning,
marketing etc.)
- Build and identify key marketing data and track performance / metrics
- Start projects / tasks that automate any workflow.
