As a Field Sales Specialist , you will be a key contributor to our success by driving sales growth and representing our brand to customers in CALABARZON (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal, Quezon). As a Field Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include: Identifying and targeting new clients within a designated territory. Nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients, ensuring their construction needs are met. Providing comprehensive product knowledge and support to customers. Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective prospecting and negotiation. Collaborating closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. To succeed in this role, you should possess: A bachelor’s degree in business or any related course. Previous sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials industry and/or in medical field. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. In-depth knowledge of cement products and the wholesale distribution process. A proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
