AVP for Operations Responsible for leading the efficient and effective overall service delivery of the account to external clients. This includes regular monitoring of site performance through available standards and metrics ensuring that the company's goals and objectives are achieved. Key Responsibilities Manages the overall service delivery process of the unit ensuring high level satisfaction of customer requirements. Initiates the overall development of the unit’s policies, standards and regulations ensuring regular review and proper implementation. Leads and initiates unit-wide process reviews and brainstorming for various automation initiatives and projects that will impact overall operations. Manages client relations by providing reporting services to client representatives regarding operational performance. Coordinates with concerned groups regarding processes, instructions, manpower allocation, and technical requirements/solutions. Leads the review and analysis of the campaign’s performance to identify strengths, profit opportunities, and possible areas for improvement. Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. Must have at least 5 years work experience in a managerial/director level from a similar industry. Must have proficient knowledge and proven expertise in the Information Management Industry.
