The Associate Platform Technical Analyst will be part of the Global Actuarial IT Support (GAITS) and will be responsible for providing service and support to the Actuarial Business, Systems, and Platforms. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills and solid operational & vendor management experience to support the IT needs and requirements, non-production and production fixes of the application. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, working with stakeholders and support teams across the globe.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing system checks and platform component upgrades.
• Provide 1st level support for infrastructure-related issues; perform root cause analysis and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Leverage the catalogue of scripts and solutions to solve known issues regarding configuring, provisioning, and maintaining software/platform.
• Assist in ensuring that infrastructure solutions comply with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Help monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Collaborate with other teams to provide application monitoring strategy.
• Assist in the build of new application monitors, dashboards, and creative solutions.
• Help maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1 to 2 years’ experience supporting applications in production environments running on Windows.
• Basic experience or knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Windows Servers, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of Service Management Tools (ServiceNow, SM9, etc.).
• Basic understanding of change & release management, ITIL4 & project management.
• Relevant experience working in DevOps organizations or familiarity with DevOps principles.
• Scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Basic knowledge of networking, security best practices, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Amenable to work in UP Ayala Technohub (Quezon City).
• Amenable to work in a hybrid setup (3x a week onsite).
• Amenable to work in any shift schedule assigned (rotating shifts, flexible depending on business needs).
• Amenable to work on weekends/holidays depending on business needs.
