What We’re Looking For Are you a passionate software engineer who thrives on solving complex problems and building scalable, cloud‑native applications? We’re looking for a Software Engineer. You will: Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure application features within EROAD’s SaaS platform. Collaborate with team members to analyse requirements, estimate effort, and deliver high‑quality software solutions. Follow best practices for code design, version control, automated testing, and continuous delivery. Build and maintain test automation suites to ensure code quality and reliability. Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to decisions around microservices, APIs, and event‑driven design. Continuously monitor system performance and contribute to performance tuning and scalability improvements. Research and recommend new tools, technologies, and processes to improve the team’s efficiency and code quality. Work in a self‑managed agile environment where collaboration, accountability, and innovation are key. Skills And Experience We’re looking for someone with a strong technical background, collaborative mindset, and passion for clean, scalable, and maintainable code. You’ll Bring Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework. Experience designing and developing software in microservice architectures. Hands‑on experience with Azure cloud‑native solutions. Strong SQL skills and experience building efficient database queries. Experience with REST APIs and JSON OpenAPI specifications. Understanding of design patterns, event‑driven architecture, and Domain‑Driven Design (DDD). Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, and containerisation (especially Docker). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Familiarity with React, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Elastic Search is an advantage.
