Job Overview The Employee Engagement Leader will assist with initiation and management of employee programs, events, strategies, and other activities that align with and support the organization's core values with a focus on improving culture and employee engagement. Responsibilities And Duties Assist with developing strategies and initiatives to promote and achieve a culture of excellence and employee engagement. Assist with the development and delivery of the organization's calendar of activities. Assist Employee Engagement Manager in collecting data to support continued employee engagement initiatives. Communicate and consult with employees about the engagement concepts to ensure the organization is showing appreciation and recognition for its employees. Interact and collaborate effectively and positively with individuals of all levels of the organization. Participate in professional growth activities. Assume other duties and special projects as assigned. Customer Service Week activities Employee Appreciation Day Community service, community awareness, sponsorships, and fundraising events and fund collection (if applicable) Site wide communications, promotional materials, upcoming events and activities Social Media Content updates Calendar creation/maintenance Content monitoring Required Knowledge And Skills Proficiency with Google Office software systems, Canva and the ability to learn new software programs. Excellent oral communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. The ability to work and collaborate with employees at all levels and within different offices. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and keep respectful relations. Ability to give and receive feedback appropriately. Ability to inspire and motivate others. Creativity and innovation. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
