ABOUT THE ROLE The ServiceNow platform developer is responsible for design, code and troubleshoot ServiceNow platform. The role also handles tasks like architectural changes, integrations, new modules implementations and overall platform optimization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design and implement ITSM, ITOM, ITAM solutions for the ServiceNow platform, including but not limited to Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management modules. Develop and configure workflows, and integrations using ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric and scripting tools. Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Support and optimize CMDB data models and service mappings to ensure accurate reporting and impact analysis. Implement AI-driven automation features such as Now Assist for ITSM. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues. Participate in documenting development processes, configurations, and best practices. Stay current with ServiceNow releases and recommend platform enhancements. Own, and keep compliant ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric. Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, providing timely resolutions. Support SDO Platforms Owner in preparation for Change Management and ARB meetings. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and reliability of integrated systems. Conduct regular reviews and audits of integrations to ensure they meet business needs and compliance requirements. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and IT systems integration. Proficiency in integration technologies and tools, such as APIs, web services, and middleware. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and ability to converse effectively and fluently in both business and technical terms. Relevant certifications in ServiceNow. PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS Demonstrated ability to implement and mature technology solutions. Proven customer-centric mind set. High motivation, self-starter, flexibility, common sense, and can-do attitude.
