The Marketing Assistant – Consumer Lending plays a vital support role in the promotion and processing of consumer loan products, including auto, housing, and personal loans. This role ensures prompt response to basic client inquiries, provides administrative and marketing support to field Account Officers, and monitors documentation compliance to help maintain operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Respond to basic inquiries regarding auto loans, housing loans, and personal loan offerings, eligibility, and application processes. Provide marketing and administrative support to all field-based Account Officers, ensuring they have the materials and information needed to promote loan products effectively. Coordinate with internal teams to assist in the creation and distribution of marketing collateral (e.g., flyers, brochures, social media content). Track and monitor client loan documentation and ensure timely follow-up on documentary deficiencies or incomplete submissions. Assist in maintaining databases, customer records, and reports related to consumer loan applications and marketing activities. Support marketing campaigns and promotions to boost loan product awareness and performance. Help organize client outreach activities such as seminars, on-site visits, and info sessions in coordination with Account Officers. Ensure all marketing and loan processes comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
