We’re looking for a dynamic and talented Communications Manager to help shape the way we communicate — both internally and externally — during an exciting period of transformation and growth.

This is a rare opportunity for a communications professional who thrives on turning complexity into clarity, and who brings a sharp editorial eye, a confident voice and a deep understanding of how communication drives engagement and culture.

What You’ll Do:

● Deliver integrated communication campaigns across internal and external channels for our house of brands: Probe Group, Probe CX, Convai and Innovior.

● Create engaging content that reinforces our brand voice, business priorities and employee experience

● Partner with internal stakeholders (including Marketing, Growth and People Experience teams) to drive alignment

● Support media relations and public-facing communications, including thought leadership and media releases

● Manage internal and external communication platforms including our intranet, newsroom and contribute to our social media channels

● Track performance of communications activity and use analytics to optimise future campaigns

What You Bring:

● 5–10 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations, ideally in B2B, technology or outsourcing industries

● Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills — you simplify the complex and connect with every audience

● Proven experience in managing both internal and external comms in fast-paced, dynamic environments

● Confidence working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

● Strong editorial judgement, attention to detail, and a natural sense for tone, timing, and message clarity

● Familiarity with communications platforms, digital tools, and analytics to measure success

● A positive, proactive mindset with strong project management skills
