If you’re confident on the phone, motivated by results, and ready to help build something bigger — we want to meet you Responsibilities Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads provided through our CRM (GoHighLevel) Engage prospects in clear, confident, and professional English Qualify leads, gather information, and set appointments for our sales team Follow up diligently — no lead left behind Track all communication and progress directly in GoHighLevel Qualifications ✅ Excellent English proficiency (spoken and written) — must be articulate and easy to understand ✅ Strong communication and listening skills — ability to connect quickly and build rapport ✅ Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or other CRM tools ✅ Organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple leads and track conversations accurately ✅ Sense of urgency — you move fast and follow up faster ✅ Resilient and positive attitude — you don’t take “no” personally and keep pushing forward ✅ Goal-oriented mindset — motivated by hitting targets and growing with the team Compensation Competitive pay with performance incentives We reward results and dedication.
