SAP FICO Senior Consultant (S/4HANA Public Cloud Implementation) NNIT Makati, National Capital Region, Philippines We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Senior Consultant with a strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementation, particularly in the Public Cloud environment. This is a key role that involves working with clients to design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions, focusing on financial accounting (FI) and controlling (CO) modules within SAP S/4HANA in the cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud deployments and possess deep expertise in financial processes, integration, and project delivery. Candidates with knowledge of BPC consolidation or / and Group Reporting will be preferred. Job Description The SAP FICO Senior Consultant will be responsible for leading the functional design, configuration, testing, and post‑implementation support of the SAP FICO modules. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to drive the successful delivery of solutions in a dynamic and fast‑paced cloud environment. The role requires a good understanding of project lifecycles in SAP and also AMS related exposure; the role is a mix of AMS and Projects. AMS Responsibilities Incident & Problem Management: Analyze and resolve day‑to‑day SAP FICO tickets, issues, and complex problems in the application maintenance environment. System Enhancements and Changes: Collaborate with business key users and ABAPers to identify needs, propose solutions, create functional specifications, and deliver new system enhancements. Configuration & Support: Configure SAP FICO processes and modules (e.g., FI‑New GL, FI‑AP, FI‑AR, CO‑CCA, CO‑PA) and provide functional support. Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for supported SAP areas, knowledge bases, and update ticket status in ticketing tools. Testing & Validation: Execute functional testing and validation for resolutions and enhancements. Integration: Ensure seamless integration between FICO and other core modules like MM, SD, PP. SLA and KPI management: Monitor and ensure the timely execution of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for supported services. SAP FICO Solution Design & Configuration Lead the end‑to‑end implementation of SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) solutions in S/4HANA Public Cloud , ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices. Configure SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including General Ledger , Accounts Payable , Accounts Receivable , Asset Accounting , Cost Center Accounting , Profit Center Accounting , Internal Orders , and Profitability Analysis (CO‑PA) . Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements, then translate those requirements into functional specifications. Design, configure, and implement SAP solutions that are scalable, flexible, and aligned with client business processes. S/4HANA Public Cloud Implementation Lead and support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud , including system configuration, testing, integration, and deployment. Work closely with the project manager to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget, ensuring quality and client satisfaction. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities to ensure the successful adoption of the new solution by end‑users. Provide subject‑matter expertise and guidance on S/4HANA Public Cloud capabilities, limitations, and industry‑specific solutions. Integration & Testing Collaborate with other SAP functional teams (e.g., MM, SD, eWM) to ensure seamless integration of FICO with other modules and third‑party applications. Perform unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure proper functionality and resolve any issues identified during testing. Define testing strategies and work closely with business users to validate the solution. Post‑Implementation Support & Optimization Provide post‑go‑live support to ensure smooth operation of the SAP FICO solution, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and issue resolution. Continuously monitor system performance and collaborate with the technical team to optimize the SAP FICO solution. Document functional designs, test plans, and technical specifications as needed. Act as a project lead or subject matter expert on SAP FICO projects, guiding and mentoring junior consultants and team members. Lead client meetings, design sessions, and workshops to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients, providing proactive communication and status updates. Stay up to date with the latest developments in SAP S/4HANA and Public Cloud solutions, bringing new ideas and opportunities to clients to improve business processes. Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices for SAP FICO deployments in the cloud.
