Handle financial matters, ensuring income and expenses align with the budget. Set up and supervise procedures for security, fire safety, and emergency evacuations. Identify management issues and suggest improvements for efficiency. Plan and supervise regular maintenance for building systems, equipment, and services (e.g., cleaning, landscaping). Maintain positive relationships with clients, owners, and tenants. Handle special projects and tasks as needed.
