Responsibilities
  • Promptly and accurately execute noticing projects and prepare associated affidavits of service and exhibits, maintaining related data.
  • Maintain service statistics in internal database for billing and quality assurance.
  • Create, import, and maintain creditor data and service lists.
  • Input, analyze, maintain and monitor claims data.
  • Help coordinate and manage client projects from start to finish.
  • Work independently with less oversight from management.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with counsel, advisors, production (internal and external) and internal colleagues.
  • This is a full-time position with a minimum requirement of 40 hours per week; overtime pay is provided for hours over 40 per week.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Legal, Financial or Technology background is a plus.
  • Willing to work US business hours.
