Project Manager

You want to help business units drive transformation of their ways of working through project delivery so they can become digitally fluent, customer centric and data driven

You want to build and establish key partnership with Business Units and lead them to achieve project milestones that are anchored on time to value

You enjoy working with teams and be a servant leader that enables them to become high performing teams

You enjoy leading teams: identifying the correct resources and approach to ensure project success; able to ensure the timely completion of a project plan / set of change initiatives required to sustain and scale digital transformation

You are NOT for this role if…

• You do not have experience in managing stakeholders, really understanding the customer need and have that drive to address their need in a timely manner
• You do not feel comfortable in orchestrating a culture of experimentation and collaboration in an organization with diverse perspectives
• You do not have the patience for the transformation journey of the Business Units as this does not happen overnight. It will be full of challenges, learnings and failures.

• You have a proven track record in: delivery projects that addressed business and customer needs
• effectively and efficiently executing solutions anchored in prototyping and an iterative approach to delivering value

• You have strong background in digital product development and delivery
• You have extensive experience in implementation change initiatives from Change Management Council

Alignment with Strategy:

• Collaborate with Strategists to align project goals and milestones with business and customer needs, ensuring strategic alignment and value delivery.

Project Planning and Coordination:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across the Business Unit, ensuring adherence to timelines and achievement of milestones.

Change Management Implementation:

• Implement change initiatives endorsed by the Change Management Council, facilitating smooth transitions and adoption within the organization.

Stakeholder Management:

• Manage stakeholder expectations regarding project priorities, timelines, and scope changes, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
• Identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts and ensure project success.
• Proactively address impediments and challenges, facilitating resolution and ensuring continuous progress towards project goals.

Deadline Adherence:

• Monitor project timelines closely, ensuring adherence to deadlines and taking necessary actions to mitigate delays.

Adaptive Planning:

• Proactively assess potential delays and adjust project plans as needed to maintain alignment with target delivery dates and maximize value delivery.
