Purpose of Role We are looking for an experienced NCI Security Engineer Specialist to join our NCI Security Operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in safeguarding Inchcape’s IT infrastructure by ensuring timely and effective application of security patches and vulnerability remediation across our systems. Job Role and Responsibilities Conduct regular vulnerability assessments using industry-standard tools. Analyze and prioritize vulnerabilities based on severity and business impact. Develop and implement remediation plans, including patch deployment and rollback strategies. Collaborate with IT and Cybersecurity teams to ensure smooth remediation processes. Investigate and respond to security incidents related to vulnerabilities. Stay updated on emerging threats and best practices in vulnerability management. Document assessments, remediation activities, and reporting procedures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in vulnerability management and security assessment. Strong knowledge of frameworks (e.g., NIST, MITRE ATT&CK) and tools (e.g., Nessus, Qualys, Tenable). Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and across time zones.
