Global Talent Pipeline Development Officer @ TOA Global | Constantly striving for Greatness, Fueled by Passion and Determination Location: CebuArrangement: OnsiteShift: 7am-4pm (Mon-Fri) Responsibilities Preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for lodgement with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) for Individuals, Companies, Trusts; Advantage if able to prepare Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSFs). Preparation of Business Activity Statements (BASs) for businesses for lodgement with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). Research and correct process errors that caused incorrect tax filings and negotiate with tax authorities over tax payment issues. Preparation of monthly/quarterly management accounts and reports. Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analysing account. Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies. Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. Offer open lines of communication between management to ensure targets are met. Manually match any remaining transactions ensuring to create rules for all recurring transactions. Other related tasks assigned. Qualifications Graduate of Accountancy or Accounting Technology; Advantage if CPA licensed. With more than 3+ years of work experiences in Australian Accounting. Excellent communication skills – written and verbal. Attentive to details and organized. Ability to manage and train other team members (advantageous but not necessary).
