Robinsons Destination Estates is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Security Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of estate security. The ideal candidate will ensure the safety of customers, staff, and property assets. This role requires a strong background in estate or property security management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining a secure and safe environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement estate-wide security policies, protocols, and emergency response procedures. Supervise and manage security personnel Conduct regular risk assessments, security audits, and inspections to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. Oversee the operation and maintenance of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms). Respond to and investigate security incidents, breaches, and emergencies Maintain accurate records of incidents, patrol logs, equipment, and personnel. Ensure compliance with local, national, and estate-specific security regulations. Foster a culture of safety, vigilance, and customer service among the security team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Security Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in estate, mall, or building security management. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Proficient in security technologies and systems (e.g., CCTV, access control). Excellent crisis management, problem-solving, and decision‑making abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Physically fit and capable of responding to emergencies. Knowledge of legal guidelines and compliance standards related to security operations.
