Serve as the point of contact for escalated communications with landlords, tenants, and service providers, ensuring procedures and policies are followed. Arrange regular maintenance of equipment. Review work order data, create performance reports, and suggest efficiency improvements. Design and oversee cleaning and disinfecting schedules. Evaluate new vendors through market research and cost-benefit analysis. Monitor facility expenses. Resolve complex problems and develop new techniques to meet team objectives. Lead by example, embody CBRE RISE values, and foster team consensus. Qualifications At least 5+ years of relevant experience, supervisory experience preferred. Understanding of processes, procedures, and systems within the job function. Ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
