JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee construction activities to ensure timely completion, cost-efficiency, and adherence to quality standards Lead coordination efforts with in-house teams, contractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution Supervise site operations, enforce safety protocols, and maintain quality control Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource planning Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and client requirements Provide strong leadership on-site and effectively address project-related issues QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field. Professional License (Engineer/Architect) preferred. Minimum of (5–7) years of experience in construction management or project management. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal requirements. Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera, etc.). Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. #J-18808-Ljbffr
