Duties and Responsibilities: Provide overall leadership and direction for the construction and site administration of the hospital project Develop and implement detailed plans, schedules, site procedures, documentation systems, and records to support construction operations Manage daily construction activities and ensure alignment with project objectives, timelines, and safety protocols Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with contracts, specifications, and schedules Facilitate coordination among subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and government agencies Prepare and maintain project cost control systems, track expenditures, and prepare annual cash flow projections Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management Identify and resolve issues and delays affecting project delivery Lead and manage the site team, providing clear direction, support, and performance monitoring Ensure compliance with legal requirements, health and safety regulations, and internal policies Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction, preferably with experience in public infrastructure or healthcare facilities Strong technical competencies in construction methods, project execution, and quality control Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors effectively Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Proficiency in project management tools and software is an advantage Willing to be assigned on-site in Baguio City, Benguet #J-18808-Ljbffr
