About the job Sales Chatters - Cebu City About the Position: Top Sales Performers - Chat (Cebu) | Onsite Shift: Flexible, no fixed schedule Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients, build and maintain long-term relationships, and provide customized solutions to address their needs. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or surpass sales targets. Support and guide junior sales agents to improve team performance. Monitor and report sales performance metrics, offer insights for enhancement, and apply best practices for optimal results. Collaborate with departments such as Customer Service and Reservations to ensure sales strategies align with company objectives and meet client requirements. Qualifications 2 to 4 years of relevant experience Strong background in non-voice customer support (Chat/WhatsApp) at an advanced level Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service via chat and WhatsApp channels, with skills in efficiently resolving issues, multitasking across conversations, and maintaining a professional, empathetic tone Highly adaptable to irregular working hours and on-demand schedules, rather than traditional fixed shifts Upon regularization: HMO health insurance starting from the 4th month (coverage for the employee and one dependent at no cost) #J-18808-Ljbffr
