Project Manager (Quantity Surveyor / Architect) Hi We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in quantity surveying, experience with architecture and project management is important also imperative to have extensive experience in the UK market. This could be a role or maybe 2 separate roles. I would be happy to take on both a QS and or/ an Architect / Project Manager but the main thing is the UK experience and knowledge of the market. Responsibilities Preconstruction, takeoff, estimates, creating schedules, creating scope of works, splitting packages, preparing tender docs and sending out to subcontractors and compiling tender information. Technical knowledge of how jobs are to be carried out. Review plans and come up with value‑engineered alternatives. Contract (JCT) set up. Post‑contract project management: CSA, budget control, procurement, cash flow, quality control. Handover, operations & maintenance. Services and utilities. Building control and warranty providers. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management. Proven experience as a Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, or Architect in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and architectural design. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Excel or similar software. Excellent problem‑solving, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members. Benefits Purely work‑from‑home.
