Project Title: Project Study for a Five-Year Discipline-based Roadmap for Sociology in the Philippines
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
- Must be efficient in time management
- Must be detail-oriented, results-driven, flexible, and able to work under time pressure with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of computer office applications is required
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of WFP
- Prepare & submit WFP Quarterly Assessment Reports
- Prepare PPMP for submission to Bids & Awards Committee
- Prepare budget utilization request status and obligation request status for attachment to payroll, travel, reimbursements, purchase orders, and other documents that need BURS or ObRS
- Prepare disbursement vouchers for travel, reimbursements, and other documents
- Prepare job orders and purchase requests for supplemental PPMP
- Prepare necessary documents for attachment as basis for any report
- Prepare documents needed for reimbursements
