Responsibilities

  • FileManagement - will assist the Division's organic personnel in clearing and sorting through the Division's file kept in the 10/f Records.
  • Correspondence Facilitation - will assist the Remedial Officers in the preparation and processing of Demand Letters and notices.
  • Data Entry - will assist the Remedial Officers by accurately transcribing the required data/information in our internal systems (i.e. EDMS), and at all times maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
  • General Administrative Support - will assist the Division in its day-to-day administrative functions, which will include filing, photocopying, and scanning of documents.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
  • Technically adept with MS Office Tools
  • Admin experience
