We’re thrilled to share an exciting opportunity to join our esteemed Orica GBS team in the Manila office, located in Pasig City. We are currently hiring for the role of Supervisor – Project Delivery (Office Relocation/Fit-out). This position offers a dynamic environment and the chance to make a meaningful impact and will be on a 12-month contract.
The Supervisor – Project Delivery (Office Relocation/Fit-out) is responsible for overseeing the execution of Orica GBS office relocation activities and logistics, under the guidance of the project management team. This includes coordinating with contractors to implement project plans effectively, while ensuring that all deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet the required quality standards.

The Supervisor – Project Delivery plays a key role in coordinating and overseeing the successful delivery of office relocation projects. This includes collaborating with project workstream owners to ensure clear accountabilities, managing project teams to meet business objectives, and supporting the planning, design, and implementation of relocation activities.
The role applies project and construction management principles, monitors progress, and reports to stakeholders while ensuring compliance with governance, regulatory, and SHES requirements. It also involves managing supplier relationships, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring cost-effective project execution. This Supervisor – Project Delivery is also responsible for the coordination and supervision of relocation logistics across the program.

• Degree or certification in Construction, Facilities Management, or Project Management (PMP or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Agile problem solver with the ability to think beyond standard procedures.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen, backed by sound judgment.
• Capable of planning, influencing, and executing work independently and on time.
• Willing to be hands-on when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present strategic insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
