About the job Head, Product Implementation The Head of Product Implementation is responsible for the comprehensive execution of new and existing products for system configuration to post-launch monitoring. The role ensures that products are properly set up and integrated into the company's systems, overseeing the user-experience and analyzing metrics and data to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions on product enhancements or modifications. Job Responsibilities: Develop a clear product implementation aligned with the companys overall vision and goals. Oversee the end-to-end implementation process, from project setup to completion and post-review metrics. Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback on product features and improvements based on implementation experiences. Serve as a primary point of contact during the implementation phase. Manage client expectations and ensure a positive client experience throughout the implementation process. Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the product is deployed accurately and meets client requirements. Collaborates with various teams across the organization including Actuarial, Operations, Transformation and Technology, Risk Management and other committees to ensure seamless execution of product strategies. Tracks and analyzes product performance and program execution by periodic monitoring of profitability and viability of insurance plans and riders and adjusts as necessary. Drive process alignment and compliance with company and regulators rules on product development and management. Develops and implements policies that align with MaxiLifes goals, objectives and strategies. Any other that may be directed to do. Qualifications: Bachelors degree holder in BS Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Finance and other relevant courses. At least 10 years experience in life insurance or similar experience with key focus on Product Development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
