Overview

Position: Civil Drafter

Location: Hybrid (Philippines) – multiple metro areas listed in job description.

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day shift

Responsibilities
  • Draft extensive and detailed road/site layouts in AutoCAD.
  • Complete daily timesheets and tracking reports in a timely manner.
  • Assist in conducting training for newly hired Engineering Planners.
  • Analyze and understand video recordings to create as-built site layouts using surroundings as reference for measurement.
  • Capable of understanding vehicle movements and traffic-related considerations.
  • Ensure quality standards are met and communicated to all levels.
Qualifications
  • AutoCAD background.
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Drafting Tech, or related field.
  • 1–3+ years in a related field (e.g., Urban Planning & Road Safety).
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 and tech-savvy; strong space planning and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings or plans; understanding road maps and road signs.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; customer service oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage timeframes effectively.
  • Accountable and responsible demeanor.
