Join Henkel as a Customer Master Data Specialist to manage and ensure the quality of customer master data in SAP, supporting operational excellence.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

  • Ensure customer master data meets quality standards set by Global/Regional Process owners
  • Process requests for Customer Master Data creation or updates in SAP from business partners
  • Handle pricing master data requests and updates in SAP, including mass uploads
  • Submit timely and accurate SAP downloads for price and customer master information
  • Update monitoring files such as master data tracker, utilization/productivity tool, attendance tracker, and documentation
  • Perform process improvement, awareness, adherence, and compliance related to ISO, Quality, and Continuous Improvement
About You

The company is looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field; preferably related to business
  • At least one (1) year related work experience in Customer Master Data Management; fresh graduates are welcome
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suites (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required
  • Skills in VBA and Macro highly preferred; SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Quick learner with willingness to grasp new concepts
  • Advanced Mandarin communication skills (Simplified and Traditional), both verbal and written
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Amenable to day shift schedule (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) and hybrid work setup in Ayala Avenue, Makati
