Job Description Medical Reimbursement – Warehouse Operations Receive, verify, and properly store deliveries in compliance with warehouse and food safety standards. Maintain accurate and updated inventory records, including batch numbers, expiry dates, and bin allocations. Safeguard inventory by ensuring proper stock rotation, condition monitoring, and loss prevention practices. Support daily picking, issuance, and delivery of goods to stores and bakery operations. Ensure timely preparation of warehouse documentation such as issuance slips, delivery receipts, and returns. Assist in disposal, returns, and reconciliation of defective or expired items. Participate in periodic inventory counts and reconciliations to ensure stock accuracy. Provide warehouse housekeeping and adherence to safety standards. Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time to support business objectives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Business Administration, or related field. Strong skills in inventory management, stock handling, and warehouse operations. Relevant vocational training, certifications, or specialized coursework in logistics or warehouse operations preferred. At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or stock management. Knowledge of inventory systems (ERP/WMS preferred). Physically fit to handle warehouse activities. Organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable. Active driver’s license.
