We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our dynamic team at YONDU INC. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of a range of exciting technology projects. This is a full-time position based in Metro Manila, offering the opportunity to work on innovative solutions that drive our clients' businesses forward.
What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and subject matter experts, to ensure seamless collaboration and execution
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and communicate status updates to stakeholders
  • Manage project scope, change requests, and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency
  • Implement and maintain project management processes and tools to enhance visibility and control
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to junior project team members
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve project delivery and identify areas for process enhancement
Minimum Qualifications
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry
  • Preferably with experience in the Banking industry
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, and the ability to tailor approaches to project needs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technology projects within defined timelines and budgets
  • Proficient in project management tools and techniques, such as MS Project, JIRA, or Trello
  • Ability to think strategically, identify and mitigate risks, and make data-driven decisions
  • Passion for technology and a desire to stay updated with industry trends and best practices
